The Embassy of Eritrea participated in the African Ambassadors Economic Forum held in July of 2025 at the Westin Crystal City Hotel in Washington D.C. This was a dynamic event bringing together leaders to discuss African focused development strategies, opportunities, and partnerships. Participants were able to discuss ideas while also voicing the various struggles their nations face. The event brought together leaders from the public and private sector including the UNDP, African Union, the 6th Region Global Chambers of Commerce, and Prince George’s county to name a few. It was an opportunity for Eritrea to show its commitment to building sustainable partnerships and building with other African nations toward the future.
